Frank Costantino has been working with wood since he was in his late teens, both on the construction side, and over the last 30 years, the craft side. He is a trained professional chef and educator and has won numerous awards for culinary arts, including Olympic medals, international championships, and most recently, the ACF Northeast Regional Chef of the Year.
It's this extensive background in culinary arts that inspires and informs his wood-crafting ideas. in his Warwick, NY workshop, Frank is crafting turned bowls, platters, cutting and serving boards, cheese and charcuterie platters, coasters, pizza peels, wine caddies, and much more.
